This smoothie removes pain and aches. It is of natural items, vitamins and minerals and it removes inflammation, gives you vitamin C, silicon, potassium, bromelain, magnesium, energy.
- Organic OJ
- 7 g cinnamon
- 40 g honey
- 40 g almonds
- 2 cups diced pineapple
- 1 cup oatmeal
Put the oats in hot water, a pot to cook and then cool off. Add the juices and add then cinnamon and almonds. Add honey last.
Put this in blender and mix:
Take the cold oats and mix them again, eat this plain, as smoothie, with ice or whatever,
