2. Endive and cucumber

You need:

  • 200 g cucumbers
  • 90 g endives
  • 10 g black olives
  • Olive oil
  • Vinegar
  • Salt

Method:

3. Cucumber salad

You need:

  • 1 large cucumber or 2 medium ones

Method:

Each of the 4 servings is more or less a cup. Peel the cucumber and leave some green stripes on them. Slice them next and remove their seeds inside with a spoon. Then add the mixed salt, stevia and vinegar in a bowl until dissolved. Add the sesame and cucumbers. Serve right away.
