By the latest study of Annals of Nutrition and Metabolism’s is concluded this information. They made a experiment in which one were included 36 men and women they consumed 350 calories. They separate them in to 3 groups.  The first group in the morning for breakfast ate oatmeal, the second group ate cornflakes, and the third group skipped the breakfast and in the next three hours drank only water.

Before they got the same lunch they gave their blood samples for their safety in order to monitor the insulin and blood sugar.

The group that consumed oatmeal was less hungry because they ate 31% fewer calories at lunch. The other groups were not even close with that the oatmeal group was better.

The first and the second group had same amount of calories but the results were different.  Because the cornflakes have a quick drop and the oatmeal keep your stomach full for a long time.

This research is just one of many that confirm how much the oatmeal is important for you if you want to lose weight, because thirty one to fifty percent fewer calories will be felt and noticed for a longer period of time.

The oat meals are very healthy and they taste good. The most interesting thing about the oat meals is that you can consume them in different ways. You can have then in salad, healthy desserts, for example cookies and in other ways.

About the blood pressure the best food that can stabilize it, is the oats, because is a very active ingredient and vegetable fiber.

The consume of lignin by up to 30 percent can lower the blood pressure; a lots of studies have shown. Because the oats has amount of fibers that can increase the volume of the amount consumed in the digestive system because is stimulated by the fiber.
