- Week 1- 1 tbsp flax flour and 100 ml kefir
- Week 2-2 tbsp flax flour with 100 ml kefir
- Week 3-3 tbsp flax flour and 150 ml kefir
Also have water, 2 l daily, or honey water. If you cannot buy the flour, grind the flaxseed at home. They go rancid fast so make fresh batch daily.
