You need:

  • Honey
  • 4 cups water
  • Sparkling water

Boil the water and add ginger in the pot, reduce heat to medium and let this sit for 5 min. set the pot aside, strain and mix 1 part ginger water with 3 parts sparkling water. Add some ice cubes. Add honey and lime juice and serve.
