This illness is happening when some bacteria or a virus will inflame the tubes of the bronchial area and infect them. The signs are the usual: mucus, hard breathing, chest pain, congested nose, fatigue, muscle aches and flu. It can be severe but also can reoccur.

1. Ginger

The best stuffy nose cure, it removes inflammation and strengthens the immunity. Mix ½ tsp cinnamon, ginger and cloves and pour hot water. Mix and drink for few days. Boil the water and replace in a cup. Add the pepper and ginger. Add honey when cooled and drink 2 times per day. Or mix 2 tsp ginger powder and cloves with pepper, or honey and milk 2 times per day.

2. Garlic

Great for curing bronchitis and it acts like antibiotic and virus killer. Peel and chop it and add them to milk, then boil them after. Drink at night before bed.

3. Turmeric

Mix 1 tsp powder turmeric and milk before boiling. Drink 2-3 times in a day. For faster effect, drink before meals. If you have issues with the gallbladder or stones, avoid this drink. Also in case of hyperacidity, digestion problems and ulcer avoid it as well.

4. Eucalyptus oil

Inhale the steam of it for the breathing and loosening of the mucus too. it kills bacteria so every damaged tissue is repaired. Boil some water and add few drops of the oil. Breathe as it steams and cover the head with a towel. As replacement use tea tree or pine tree. Or rub the chest with this oil for fast relief.

5. Salty water

The best way to remove irritation – gargling with salt water. Just get warm water one glass and mix in some salt, 1-2 tsp. Keep an eye on the amount of salt since too much might be unpleasant and have no effect if it is too little. Gargle often and soothe the throat and mucus soreness.

6. Honey

The best natural cure. It soothes throat and makes immunity boosted. Mix 1-2 tsp in the tea cup and add lemon water too for the soreness in the throat.

7. Onions

They make softer the phlegm and mucus inside too so they stop their buildup. Have 1 tsp per day every morning before breakfast. Or add it in salads and soups.

8. Epsom salt

Baths with this salt are amazing and relieve all unpleasant signs. Add few lbs. in warm water in the tub and soak for half an hour. If your bronchitis reoccurs do this 2 times per week.

9. Sesame seed

They also relieve the chest pain – just mix 2 tsp of this seed, salt and honey a bit. Drink before bed. Or mix ½ tsp dry sesame and 2 spoons water, twice daily.

10. Water

Logical be hydrated at all times. Best Is to have 8-10 glasses per day, or have fresh juices of veggies and fruits, honey and fruit water as well and more. Forget about coffee and alcohol to avoid dehydration and hard mucus and phlegm.
