Tasty beet recipe for salad
- 3 beets
- 2 onions
- Pinch Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp raw ACV
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Peel the beets and cook in water, add salt and chop in tiny pieces and place them in the bowl too. Chop onion and mix it with the beets. Add ACV and olive oil and Himalayan salt too. Sprinkle vinaigrette and after an hour serve.
