1. Citrus and tea
You need 1.5 cup green tea, 1 cup pineapple, 1 cup spinach and orange. Mix them all in blender. The citrus fruits reduce ovary cancer risks and also have antioxidants, calcium, remove inflammation, iron, folic acid, C and A vitamins and alkalize too.
2. Broccoli, apple, banana
You need 2 handfuls broccoli, banana, apple and 1 and ½ cup alkaline water. Mix them in blender. This has antioxidants, removes inflammation, has C, K and A vitamins, omega 3, chlorophyll.
3. Kale and strawberry
You need 2 handfuls kale, a cup strawberries, 2 tbsp chia seed, 1 and ½ cup coconut water. Mix them in blender. This has antioxidants, C, K, A, omega 3, removes inflammation, has chlorophyll and potassium
4. Berry and mango
Get 1.5 cup mango, banana, half cup blueberries and soy or almond milk. The mango removes cancer and inflammation, bacteria and viruses too. Also fights breast and colon cancer.
