You will need: 1 tsp Olive Oil (coconut oil is better if you want to to intensify the coconut taste); 1 diced medium yellow onion; 3 carrots; 3 diced stalks of celery; 4 garlic cloves; 2 tsp turmeric; 2 tsp cumin; 1 tsp smoked paprika; ⅛ tsp red pepper flakes; any color lentils, about one cup; 4 cups broth (the type of the bouillon depends of your taste); 2 cups preferred greens; 1 can of coconut cream.
The procedure: After you preheat the oil in big pot, add the onion and fry (approximately 3 minutes). Then add others vegetables, fry for 5 minutes or until they are soft. When you add seasoning make sure that you cook them until savory, or around one minute. Then put rest of the ingredients in the pot. Cook everything, without cover, reducing the fire to boiling, 25 minutes until the lentils are creamy. Then add greens and coconut cream and mix everything until unite.
